Annual Cursive Handwriting Contest!!!
Grades 4 and 5 ~ Grades 6, 7 and 8 ~ High School


Clarkson Historical Society Cursive Writing Contest winners The Clarkson Historical Society’s eleventh annual Cursive Writing Contest started on January 23rd, the birthday of John Hancock whose signature was the most prominent on the Declaration of Independence. On March 30th, at the Historic Clarkson Academy, the winners of this year’s contest were recognized for their hard work and effort. The winners were presented with medallions and will receive award certificates. The recipients of the 2025 Cursive Writing Contest awards are:
          4th and 5th Grade Category   
             • Margaret Thrall, Fred W. Hill Elementary School
             • Shane Camman, Fred W. Hill Elementary School
          6th, 7th and 8th Grade Category
            • Olivia Thrall, A.D. Oliver Middle School
            • Bridget Camman, A.D. Oliver Middle School
